The depopulation agenda of The Elite is no longer a crazy conspiracy theory; it is now in full view for everyone to see, and it is being blatantly funded by the Federal government of the United States, openly, brazenly, and unapologetically.
The $1.7 trillion omnibus bill has earmarked $575 million to go towards “family planning” and “reproductive health” initiatives aimed directly at “areas where population growth threatens biodiversity or endangered species.”
Rep. Dan Bishop has exposed this “sinister note”, Tweeting images of the bill's provisions.

"On a more sinister note," began Bishop, "here's at least $575 million for "family planning" in areas where population growth "threatens biodiversity."
He continued, saying, "Malthusianism is a disturbing, anti-human ideology that should have ZERO place in any federal program."
There is no indication on where these areas in the United States that have skyrocketing population growth are, nor how they will be determined.
The Washington Examiner reports, “It’s unclear why the provision expressly notes it should go toward areas where population growth threatens biodiversity or what type of family planning services would be provided with the funding. Several Republican figures criticized that particular item in the 4,200-page bill as an example of wasteful government spending.”
This is more than wasteful spending, however; it is a direct attack against humanity, targeting our most vulnerable among us.
In this era, the Elite care more about “endangered species” than human life. In Genesis, God gives Adam and Eve a direct command to replenish and multiply on the face of the earth. He even tells them that they are to subdue and rule over His creation.
And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth,” Genesis 1:28.
The Elite and those in Washington who desire to be a part of this cabal have directly disobeyed God and put themselves squarely in opposition to Him.
